Benalmádena-Costa has many wide sandy beaches with cosy chiringuitos and shallow waters, perfect for swimming or snorkeling. The villa is backed by the Sierra de Mijas mountain range, and is therefore a perfect base for those interested in the good hiking and cycling routes in the area. The award winning harbour of Benalmádena, Puerto Marina, is home to a number of good shops, cafes and restaurants, whilst the nearby traditional villages of Benalmádena Pueblo and Mijas Pueblo or the beautiful, bustling city of Málaga make a perfect destination for a day out away from the beach.
The entire estate is built against the slopes of the hills. The ground floor consists of a large living area, beginning with a double-height entry, a comfortable dining and sitting room complete with fireplace and glass sliding doors offering beautiful sea views and direct access to the ample covered terrace. The modern kitchen is large and welcoming, fully-fitted with everything guests may need during their stay, and has an additional breakfast and sitting area for added convenience, again with great sea views. On the same floor there is a guest toilet and two bedrooms with twin beds of which one with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite is particularly beautiful, with an open dressing room, large en-suite bathroom and private terrace. Downstairs the lower ground floor hosts another bedroom with bathroom, separate guest toilet, utility room plus a games room with direct access to a second ample covered terrace and adjacent bar area with steps to garden and swimming-pool.
The outside of the property is just as impressive as the interior, with a large swimming-pool, covered and uncovered terraces and various seating areas. Lovely gardens and those unbeatable views combine to create a unique outdoor space. The swimming-pool is equipped with a heat pump to extend the swimming season October to April which will keep the water temperature around 25 degrees Celcius depending on weather conditions.
