Benalmádena Costa is situated on the Spanish South coast in the province Málaga of the autonomic region Andalucía. Roughly in between Málaga City and Marbella and only a 20 minutes drive from Málaga airport. The lively harbour Puerto Marina of Benalmádena with plenty of bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes drive away from the apartment.
Andalucía has a mild subtropical climate with 320 sunny days per year. Temperatures vary between 19°C in the winter months up to 35°C in summer. Especially Benalmádena has stable weather thanks to it´s position between the sea and the Mountains of Mijas.
The Mediterannean Sea is on your doorstep for unlimited watersports, but also the Sierra Nevada, an excellent skiing resort (Dec-Apr), is only a 2 hour drive. How about skiing during the day and finish with a barbecue on the beach? The winter months plus springtime and autumn are excellent for playing golf. You can choose from 20 outstanding golf courses within a radius of 30 kilometer from the apartment and that is why this part of Spain is also known as Costa del Golf.
In July and August the temperatures can climb pretty high and then the wide sandy beaches with cosy chiringuitos (beach restaurants) offer cool shelter.
The living area consists of living room of 30 m2 and partly covered terrace of 45 m2. The big terrace is the real gem with comfortable loungers, gas barbecue and ample living space for any time of year. Accessible through double glass doors from 2 bedrooms and the livingroom merging indoor and outdoor conveniently.
All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There are two spa style bathrooms of which one is en-suite with the master bedroom.
