The search engine of our online marketingplatform helps you search for the perfect property based on destination, length of stay by choosing check-in and check-out dates in the calendar and applying the number of guests. Don´t forget to clear the selections after each search before to go to a new search. Once you have selected your desired property the reservation process is quick and easy: review the booking contract to make sure you are happy with the data and the terms & conditions, select the form of payment and make the payment.

The invoice will show the rentalfee, the endcleaning, the refundable security deposit and selected prepaid extras if any.

Additional services and optional extras include:
Early check-in 10am 50% of nightly rate and depending on availability
Late check-out 5pm 50% of nightly rate and depending on availability
Pool heating Euro 40 per day (where applicable October-May)
Baby cot & high chair Euro 35 per booking
Villa pre-stocking service
Flower arrangement
Interim cleaning Euro 20 per hour
Interim laundry service

The damage deposit will be refunded by banktransfer or to your creditcard depending on your form of payment and usually within a week after your departure and satisfactory inspection of the property. We will handle your booking with the utmost care and thank you for choosing Holiday-Villas.nl.

The terms & conditions of the “Booking Contract” are between and shall bind the property owner and the holidaymakers who book the “Property” as published on Holiday-Villas.nl.

Please note that you will also have to provide information about the participants in accordance with the new holiday home rental law in Andalucia which means that prior to your arrival we will need to receive the guestlist including a copy of the lead booker’s valid passport or ID card by email.
