Payment

To confirm your reservation we require an initial payment of 30% of the rentalfee. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to your departure. For bookings within 6 weeks before departure the full amount is due upon reservation date.

We accept payments by credit card, banktransfer or paypal. Our partner in online payment solutions HolidayRentPayment powered by the YapStone payment platform processes the electronic payments of Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Once your initial or full payment has been received we will send you a reservation confirmation and the invoice by email only. As soon as we have received your final payment then we will send you the house- and travelinformation. In case of cancellation the following amounts are due:

a. If guest cancels up to 42 days before the start of the holiday: 30% of the rentalfee.

b. If guest cancels between 42nd and 28th day before the start of the holiday: 60%

c. If guest cancels between the 28th day and last day before the start of the holiday: 90%.

d. If guest cancels on the day the holiday starts or later or in case of a no-show: full rental fee.
